A planner that finally moves the way your left hand does.
A planner that finally moves the way your left hand does.
Since 2019, HIDARI has refined this planner year after year — listening to left-handed users, testing every layout detail, and rebuilding what didn't feel right. The 2026 edition is the result of that process.
Designed around your left hand
In a standard planner, dates hide under your writing hand, memo pages face the wrong direction, and turning pages feels backward. We rethought every one of those decisions.
Dates sit in the upper right corner of every spread — always visible while you write. The weekly layout places the schedule on the right and the memo page on the left, so you can check your calendar and take notes without lifting your hand. Pages open left to right, the natural direction for left-handed readers. The binding lies flat at 180°, so nothing fights your pen.
Paper worth writing on
The paper is thin, smooth, and exceptionally durable — chosen for left-handed writers, whose pen nibs catch on rough surfaces more than most. Our customers call it the smoothest planner paper they've written on.
Made by Seibundo — over 100 years of notebook craft
This planner is manufactured by Seibundo, a Japanese notebook maker with over a century of history. Their thread-sewn binding — crafted entirely in-house, from planning through quality control — produces pages that lie perfectly flat and hold up to daily use, year after year.
