Left-Handed Easy-Clean Kitchen Shears by Suncraft

Left-handed kitchen shears that come apart — so you can actually clean them.

Kitchen shears cut through packaging, meat, and vegetables that paper scissors never touch. They deserve a proper wash. These shears disassemble completely — the two blades separate so you can clean every surface thoroughly after each use.

Developed with Suncraft, Seki City

These shears were developed in collaboration with Suncraft, a kitchenware manufacturer based in Seki City, Gifu — one of the world's three great centers of blade-making. Known for knives and kitchen tools crafted to professional standards, Suncraft also produces a range of tools for left-handed users. These shears were built from the ground up for left-handed cooks: the blade configuration is reversed, so the cutting action works naturally when held in the left hand.

Serrated blades that grip and cut

The serrated edge grips materials as it cuts — plastic packaging, raw meat, fresh herbs — holding them in place for clean, confident cuts. The blades are made from stainless cutlery steel, the same material standard in Seki's professional knife production.

A handle that disappears in the hand

The soft EVA resin handles are gentle on the hand during extended use. The symmetrical shape means there's no top or bottom — just pick them up and cut. Neutral grey keeps them at home in any kitchen.

Left-handed, from the start

Every tool in our shop is designed for left-handed use — not a right-handed product turned around. We've been gathering and making them since 2018, from our shop in Gifu, Japan.

Delivered to You from Japan

We've been running a left-handed tools shop in Japan since 2018. The online store grew out of that, and now we send these tools to people in over 90 countries.
