A knife that finally cuts the way your left hand moves.
The MOKA Small All Purpose Knife — precision in a compact blade
Where a santoku or chef knife handles the main prep, this compact knife handles the rest: peeling vegetables, breaking down fruit, trimming, detail work. At 120 mm, it's the knife you reach for when you need control over a smaller task.

Made in Seki, Gifu — one of the world's great blade cities
Seki City in Gifu Prefecture is one of the world's three great centers of cutlery production, with a tradition of blade-making stretching back over 700 years. This knife is made by Suncraft, one of Seki's established kitchenware manufacturers.
Finished specifically for left-handed cooks
Most double-bevel knives are marketed as ambidextrous — but in practice, the finishing is subtly optimized for right-handed use. This is a rare special model, finished specifically for left-handed users. The result: a blade that moves through ingredients naturally, with the control and feel that left-handed cooks should always have had.
Built to last, easy to maintain
The blade is molybdenum vanadium steel — rust-resistant and known for holding its edge well. We recommend sharpening with a whetstone every one to two months depending on use. The all-stainless body is seamless from blade to handle, with no joints where residue can collect. The hollow handle keeps the knife light and well-balanced. Dishwasher safe.
