Left-handed highlights

Each date is printed at the top right of its box, where your left hand is less likely to cover it as you write.

A note from HIDARI

We chose this for a small but useful difference: the date is easier to check while you write with your left hand. Its clear layout makes it a practical calendar to keep close by.

An A4 calendar with dates your left hand is less likely to cover.

Made in Japan by stationery maker TEJI, this monthly calendar puts each date at the top right of its box. If you write with your left hand, that leaves the number easier to check as you add a plan. It is a calendar for either hand, chosen by HIDARI for this useful detail.

Before you choose

This is the Japanese-market edition for January–December 2027. Weeks start on Sunday. Weekdays are labelled in English, with Japanese holiday names and other Japanese calendar markings. The printed holidays follow Japan's calendar and will differ from those in your country.

Some detail photos show earlier editions. The calendar supplied is the 2027 edition.

A clear monthly layout

The calendar follows Media Universal Design principles, using clear type, colour and symbols to make the information easier to read. Each day has a box for appointments, reminders and short notes.

Flat on your desk or hung on a wall

Six double-sided calendar sheets sit in a firm PVC backing with a hanging hole. A transparent cover protects the page, and corner pockets hold its lower edge in place. The cover is fixed at the top and cannot be removed. The firm backing also supports the paper when you write away from a desk.
