Left-handed highlights

Reversed blades made specifically for left-handed cutting, with rounded tips and a safety grind designed to cut paper without easily cutting skin. At just 108 mm and 16 g, they’re sized for small hands.

A note from HIDARI

For a child’s first scissors, we want the tool to fit the hand before anything else. This PAUL pair is exceptionally small and light, and the safety-ground blades make it a reassuring place for young left-handers to begin cutting and crafting.

Safe to use, left-handed kids scissors

These children's scissors are made by PAUL, a long-established German manufacturer.

The stainless-steel blades have a special safety grind designed to cut paper without easily cutting skin, while the rounded tips add extra protection for children learning to use scissors.

Although the product is designed with safety in mind, please be sure to keep an eye on your child when he or she is handling scissors.

At a length of only 10.8 cm (4.3 in.), these are the smallest kids scissors we carry. They are especially suited to children up to around four years old. At only 16 grams (0.56 oz), these scissors are very light, making them a perfect first pair of scissors.
