Left-handed highlights

The diagonally shaped tip is designed for left-handed use, fitting naturally along the bottom and edge of a pot or bowl when held in the left hand.

A note from HIDARI

A small change in shape makes a surprisingly big difference here. This stainless version feels sturdy and direct in the hand, making it especially useful with iron and stainless steel pans. For coated cookware, we recommend the nylon version instead.

Best shape for left-handers

This is a perfect butter beater for left-handers. The diagonally cut tip fits perfectly in the bottom of a pot or bowl when held in the left hand.

Made of high-quality stainless steel

Made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel. Ideal for use with iron and stainless steel frying pans.

If you are using a coated frying pan (like T-fal), we recommend you choose the Suncraft Nylon butter beater to prevent damage to the pan.

Dishwasher safe

Because it is made of heat resistant material, you can safely  put it in the dishwasher.
