Left-handed highlights

The asymmetrical bowl is shaped specifically for left-handed scooping, with a straight edge that helps scrape along the sides and corners of containers. The long handle also reaches easily into deep jars, cups, and dessert glasses.

A note from HIDARI

This is one of those tools where a very small change in shape makes everyday use noticeably easier. We especially like it for yogurt and jam jars—and the smooth resin feels pleasantly different from a cold metal spoon.

Design and Comfort

Crafted at a Tokyo-based factory established in 1972, this spoon features an asymmetrical bowl shaped specifically for left-handed use. Its straight edge helps scoop along the sides and corners of containers, while the long handle reaches comfortably into deep jars, cups, and dessert glasses.

Simple Elegance

Despite being made of resin, this spoon exudes a subtle elegance without being overly luxurious. It’s dishwasher-safe and available in three sophisticated colors: classic white, elegant black, and clear. White and black are made of polypropylene, while the clear version is made of Tritan®.
