DIALOG NOTEBOOK, Rebuilt for the Left Hand
DIALOG NOTEBOOK was created by Takuya Takahashi of the Japanese stationery media “Mainichi, Bunbogu.” Each compact notebook uses a 5 mm grid with numbered pages, making it well suited to bullet journaling, notes, and everyday ideas.
After a customer asked for a left-handed version, HIDARI’s Japanese sister shop joined the project as a supervisor. The result reverses both the opening direction and page numbering from the original DIALOG NOTEBOOK.
Right-opening notebook
This notebook is designed to open from the right, making it convenient to flip through with your left thumb. (When using a typical left-opening notebook, you'd usually have to navigate from the end of the notebook with your left thumb.)
At first, you might find this a bit unusual. However, many left-handed individuals who have become accustomed to this design describe it as 'extremely comfortable'
High-quality paper
The cover is made from thick kraft paper that develops character with use. Inside, the notebook uses smooth S-Kinbishi paper with a 5 mm grid, designed to work well with ballpoint pens, mechanical pencils, and fountain pens.
