The Smart Diamond series, made in Japan and crafted with silicone materials, was created to solve these everyday inconveniences.
Today, we’d like to introduce two tools from this series that are perfect for daily cooking:

The Smart Diamond series is produced in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture—an area internationally known for its craftsmanship in metalworking and high-quality kitchenware.
These tools are created by the local manufacturer 4w1h, known for thoughtful design and the careful attention to detail that reflects Japan’s tradition of craftsmanship.
This is the first time we’ve introduced silicone kitchen tools in our store.
Each piece has a durable stainless steel core and is coated almost entirely in silicone, including the handle.
The soft silicone surface is gentle on cookware, making it safe to use with delicate materials such as enamel pots and nonstick pans.
The seamless construction also makes cleaning easy, and the tools are dishwasher safe.
The Usability of the Diamond Shape
The most distinctive feature of this series is its eye-catching diamond shape.
However, the ladle and the turner each use this shape in slightly different ways.
Left & Right-Handed Smart Diamond Ladle
The ladle features three angled corners created by its diamond-shaped design, making it useful in a variety of situations—from serving dishes to tasting while cooking.
Because the shape is completely symmetrical, it can be used comfortably with either the left or right hand.
Each scoop holds about 50 ml, making it a convenient size for everyday cooking and serving.
The shallow, flat-bottomed bowl makes it easy to serve thicker dishes such as stews and sauces neatly, helping them slide out smoothly without leaving much behind.
Thanks to the flexible silicone material, it is gentle on cookware.
The straight edge fits closely along the bottom of the pot, allowing you to gather sauces and ingredients neatly and efficiently.
Left & Right-Handed Smart Diamond Turner
The turner features a unique asymmetrical diamond shape with both a short edge and a longer edge.
Because the tool has the same shape even when flipped over, it can be comfortably used with either hand.
The shorter edge is useful for precise work or when cooking in tight spaces, while the longer edge provides better support when lifting or turning larger foods.
Another distinctive feature is its completely flat design, extending all the way through the handle.
