However, even this practical item can feel a little awkward for left-handed users.

That is exactly why HIDARI created our original Left-Handed Clipboard.
By redesigning the structure from the ground up with left-handed usability as the starting point, we created a clipboard that feels more natural and comfortable to use.

The Left-Handed Clipboard is designed to open to the right, making it much easier for left-handed writing.
Because the cover stays out of the way while writing with the left hand, everyday note-taking and form-filling become smoother and more comfortable.
Its folding design allows you to close it while keeping documents clipped inside, helping protect papers during transport while also keeping written information less visible.
It is sized for A4 paper and can also be used with US letter-size paper.

To give it a clean and timeless look, we chose a plain vinyl paper exterior with a simple finish.
Each clipboard is carefully handmade by skilled craftspeople in a factory located in Japan’s Shikoku region, an area long known for its papermaking industry.
The embossed HIDARI logo adds a subtle finishing touch.
It is available in three colors:

The interior is coordinated to match each exterior color, creating a smart and unified design.
Durable Materials for Everyday Reliability
The outer surface is made from sturdy vinyl paper that resists light dirt and moisture, making it ideal for daily use.
Please note: it is not fully waterproof.
The metal clip holds papers securely in place and can hold approximately 20 sheets, helping prevent pages from slipping while writing.
Metal corner protectors help reduce wear and damage to the edges over time.
The cover can also fold all the way back, making it convenient for writing while standing or using it one-handed.
