This series of turners won the "Good Design Award" in Japan in 2012 for its excellent design and function.
Shaped to be handled with the left hand. The tip is very thin, so it can also be used as a frying spatula. The moderately curved handle fits comfortably in the hand.
Rare Japanese wood "Betula schmidtii"
This item is made from a tree named "Betula schmidtii" from Japan.
They are not so famous, but they are characterized by their beautiful grain and hardness.
Since they are natural wood, the color and grain of each piece is different. Please understand them as individual characteristics.
They are oiled with linseed oil.
Do not use a dishwasher.
Three types for different uses
Regular (32cm), Perforated (32cm), and Small (26cm).
"Regular" is ideal for general cooking.
"Perforated" is an excellent tool that reduces the load when stirring and prevents rippling. Recommended for stews and jams.
"Small" is ideal for small pots, pans, and serving dishes.
