Welcome to HIDARI’s Real Shop

The curtain hanging at the Inside HIDARI's Tokidoki Store

Hello! I'm Kaori, a staff member at HIDARI.

HIDARI is a brand dedicated to making life easier for left-handers. Since 2018, we have offered high-quality, left-handed tools through our online store.

In Japan, our shop is known as 『左ききの道具店』 (Hidarikiki no Dōguten), meaning “Left-Handed Tool Store.” Our mascot is a polar bear 🐻‍❄️, inspired by an Inuit legend that says polar bears are naturally left-handed!

In addition to our online store, we also have a small physical shop that opens only a few days each month. It’s a special place where you can directly see and try our left-handed products. Be sure to check our website for the latest schedule before visiting!

Since our opening days are limited, we recommend checking our official website for the most up-to-date schedule. We look forward to welcoming you at our real shop!

How to get here:

About 40–50 minutes by train from Nagoya

A 13–15 minute walk from the nearest stations

About 13 minutes by car from the nearest highway interchange (parking for four cars available)

You can even visit us on a day trip from Nagoya, Kyoto, or Osaka!

Our Cozy Little Store

Originally a combined office and warehouse, we renovated the space to create a warm and welcoming shop. Since opening in 2023, we have been making small improvements to enhance the space and make it even more inviting.
